Perfect Match of Lychee, Rose, and Almond

The lychee rose are make by ground almond, lychee pure and rose water by steam distillate of pure rose petals.

Especially the main ingredient for this sponge is using ground almond therefore you may find the texture is not fine as normal cake.
(Ground almond will look a bit more “grainy” in finished baked cake)
